Walk: Munghorn Two Ways
Date: Sunday 11 August 2024
Grade: A-team Medium/Hard due to bush terrain section B-team Easy/Medium Distance: A team -9km B team -8km
Meet: Lovejoy Street carpark (Douro Street entrance) for registering and carpooling optional.
Time: 8:15am and Re-meet: Moolarben Picnic Ground for a shared M/T 9:00am
Walk proposal:
After shared M/T at Moolarben Picnic Ground (plenty room for parking)!
A-team head off to across the road & up gully to area with concave rock formation then ‘transverse’-no bush track to meet the Castle Rocks track.
B-team drive back to Castle Rocks carpark area to then walk the Castle Rocks trail to re-unite with the A-team. More details tba via email to financial members.
